1- Recruitment.
• Conducted and organized Recruitment campaigns.
• Carried out all hiring procedures (Labor office - Social, Medical &Life insurance), prepared the contract, have arranged the transportation, vaccination, opining Bank account and arranging the necessary training.
2- Compensation and Benefits:
• Conducted salary survey with external company.
• Have creating all files related to the payroll system.
• Have preparing a monthly report with all changing in employees salaries like (new hiring, leavers, salary increase, penalties ……)
• Reviewing the attendance sheets of all employees.
• Calculated the overtime/deduction.
• Prepared the salaries of all employees.
• Prepared the pay slip of all employees to be dispatched to all.
3- Attendance & Vacations
• Checked the daily attendance through the clock machines system with the reports of the main gate guards.
• Making sure of using the applied attendance forms in case of any changing of the normal working hours.
4- Reports:
• Head Office reports:
- Have done Head count report, Monthly report (new hiring & leavers) deadline 29th of each month.
- Training & Turnover report deadline is 29th of each month.
- Recruitment plan report for each year, then updating it each month with any changing deadline is 29th of each month.
- Mobility report deadline is 29th of each month.
- SAP report deadline is 29th of each month.
- Social report deadline is 04th of each quarter.
• Management reports:
- In & out report.
- Any required report that related to the employees' cost, salaries & benefits……
- Working hours & Overtime report.
5- HR Database:
• Updating the HR database (Monthly).
• Monitoring the end of probation period & contracts….
