* Checking all the invoice and be sure they are correct.
* Close all the invoices of the suppliers daily after making sure
they are correct.
* Correct the stock Daily.
* Monthly inventory Stock Tack for the Supermarket.
* Adding the charges on the shipment that are coming from
outside Bahrain.
* Checking the margin of all the product and be sure they are
correct.
* Be sure that all transaction to other stores are right and closed
daily.
* Communicate with the commercial:
- Asking about price changes with suppliers.
- Asking about the import charges.
- checking the update with suppliers.
* Employee evaluation Monthly report.
* Monthly closing report.
* Meeting with Branch Manager and other Branches admins to
find the problems and there solution or any updates.
* Monthly Meeting with the Branch Manager.
* solving the problems with the suppliers for there pending
payments

• Follow up with INVENT Company regarding the Web Site.

*Attend meetings between contarcts department and contractors on various subjects such as rates agreements acontract conditions and solving disputes.
