Founded and Managed two transportation projects under umbrella of the Medina Development Authority:
“City Sightseeing AL Madinah” Tourist transportation service with electronic tour guide in Multilanguage’s, it's a franchise operator of City Sightseeing Worldwide, and following their policies and rules in the Operation method “Hop On - Hop Off”, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and branding.
“Madina Buses” Public transportation project for historical places, running on specific routes, using TMS “Transportation Management System”, AFC “Automated Fare Collection Systems” frequency, and PIS “Passenger Information System”.
Responsible for the company's transport operations including asset management, maintenance, business development and overall day-to-day Sales
Overall responsible of compliance, efficiency and performance of the Fleet and Resources.
Prepare budget for Operation, Sales and Maintenance teams along with supervisors, related to consumables and Admin costs then Monitor CAPEX and OPEX budget in regards to above.

Managed a fleet services for 645 buses of different brands including PM at storage, MVPI, Renewing interior & exterior accessories, upholstery, body repair, paintwork and Accreditation of General Cars Syndicate.
I continued with original accessories manufacturers including Turkey, China, and Egypt to procure on lowest possible costs and maintain company's fleet in excellent working condition.
Singlehandedly managed a workforce for 23 workers and 39 technicians
Preparing detailed estimates for overhauled and accidents buses.
Established Repairing Sections "Mechanical, Electrical & Air Condition" to repair the defective parts.
Successfully designed and constructed Buses Paint Oven matching all specifications of an imported one, saving 79% in construction cost and 72% in painting cost per bus.
Customized and purchased a fully Automatic Washing Station included water recycling system and automatic dryers which helps clean buses, saving 42% of annual washing cost, increased productivity 346% and reduced washing time 56%.
Constructed a Mobile Car-wash which the clean buses out of the company in Hajj season.
Carried out a detailed study to replace company’s existing Generators with new ones more efficient, robust, and offered greater load carrying capacity in alignment with company’s expansion plans while being fully responsible for their operation and maintenance, saving cost around 40%.
Conducting meetings with clients or study the governmental tenders through sales team to comprehensively understand their requirements and accordingly customizing vehicle using MBKS software.
Supervised the building process of superstructure of vehicle at the body builders including preparation and communication of technical requirements for variety of vehicle applications such as firefighting, tippers, dumpers, concrete mixers, garbage collectors, Crane over truck, fuel and water tanks, …etc.
Contacted with Mercedes-Benz in Brazil, Turkey and Germany for supporting the sales team.
Carried out ordering of sales orders of vehicles and suppliers of superstructure to ensure timely delivery.
Inculcated expertise in different Mercedes Benz Systems including MBKS, VAZ, AFAB - Evo and VeDoc.
Carried out Pre-Deliver Inspection of sold vehicles to make sure matched customer’s requirements and free of any manufacturing faults.
Preparing Technical Product Report for any 4 repeated faults that needed to be addressed on priority basis.
Offered technical support, Parts, and technicians for Clients outside Egypt to fulfill warranty obligations.
Familiarized with MB Service systems including: Xentry TIPS, WIS, MSS, WA, DAS, SELIT and EPC.
