KEY ROLE:

Talent Acquisition, Management & Retentions:
- Overall co-ordination of manpower planning, Recruitment, Induction & ensuring cultural fit.
- Handled Job Posting & Job Rotation policies for providing opportunities to existing employees.
- Developing/implementing recruitment/selection policies as per staffing requirements.
- Implemented various talent retention policies like Fast Track and Key Resources.

Training & Development
- Identifying training needs & ensuring measurability & effectiveness across the organization.
- Conducting customized training programmes based on the training need analysis to enhance the manpower skills & efficiency.
- Designing training programmes to train unskilled employees to a skilled level.

Employee Relations & engagement:
- Identifying patterns, trends and root causes for making recommendation(s) to Management to improve motivation, increase retention, engagement and efficiency of employees through employee satisfaction surveys.
- Organized Employee Wellness Programmes & career counselling sessions.
- Implementation of employee friendly HR Policies including, On-line Employee Grievance Handling.
- Reward & Recognition programme.
- Various publications of in-house magazines and on Social Networks.
