Talent Acquisition, Management & Retentions:
- Overall co-ordination of manpower planning, Recruitment, Induction & ensuring cultural fit.
- Handled Job Posting & Job Rotation policies for providing opportunities to existing employees.
- Developing/implementing recruitment/selection policies as per staffing requirements.
