 Responsible for the smooth functioning of the Staff Accommodation with a capacity of 1200 staffs.
 Monitor the staff accommodation on a daily basis from a hygiene and safety perspective to ensures that all company provided equipment is in good working condition and well maintained at all times.
 Monitoring the activity of the housing and cleaning team and assigning new task to ensure that each team member doing his job properly.
 Comply with and practice all policies and procedures of the EKFC.
 Supervises performances and prepares work schedules for the assigned accommodation team.
 Supervises cleaning work by hygiene team i.e. kitchen area, dinning area, chiller area, kitchen locker area, pot wash area, corridors, recreation rooms, TV rooms, TV Halls, staircase cleaning and report of any irrregularities.
 Supervises the use of chemicals in the kitchen area, dinning area, chiller area and toilets to ensure proper chemical used by the staff to maintain the good hygiene standard.
 Supervising and briefing staff for the use of PPE while using chemicals.
 Maintaining records of training and sending staffs for training to ensure that adequate training provided to enhance their job performances.
 To ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported and rectified immediately.
 Conducting pest treatment in the Accommodation once in three month by coordinating with the pest treatment company aiming to provide our staff a pest free accommodation to live in.

 Support the housing department by providing assistance in new joiner and exit process
 All quality standards adhered to and maintained.
 Ensures that staff accommodation is maintained properly and all complaints, requests are addressed promptly.
 Together with accommodation team takes care of the welfare of residing staff and organizes social events as per the Accommodation Managers advice.
 Maintains constant contact with the residing staff and escalates any of their issues to the Accommodation Supervisor.
 Maintains the records and consumption of various items such as Oil, detergents, various chemicals, tissues, freshener, insects killers etc and placing monthly order.
 Prepares reports on room occupancy, staff residing at the accommodation and other operational problem.
 Respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
 Liaise with co-workers and juniors to ensure all direction from accommodation Manager is complete.
 All daily administrative job is attended to and completed
 Filing all the documents as required.
