• Currently Working in Gulf Air as a reservation agent, and my job is concerned with Gulf Air reservations and ticketing issues and handling customers various needs and conditions. And it required a very good understanding and knowledge of the aviation field and Gulf Air's own rules and regulations. My job has a lot of responsibilities entrusted, and I was always under performance evaluations and quality assessment.
1. Audit and Assurance.
2. Writing and Proofing financial statements, writing reports and studies for clients. Managing client relationship with Tamkeen body.
•Training in Bahrain Credit in consumer finance department for two months (2009). My work in Bahrain credit gave me the opportunity to work very close with our customers and met their needs with what fits their financial potentials. And also I worked with our regular clients, gave them special attention and facilitate their credit requests, directly communicated with them. And also to keep in mind retaining the loyalty of our big clients. The communication with our customers, and insight and analysis of the credit requests of our customers were the main headlines of my responsibilities in Bahrain credit.
• Risk analyst, working in a special project with the Assistant Vice president of risk management Mr. Ali Aburwais for one month (2009) . The job entitled the analysis of mortgage loans over the last two decades.
• Fast Food Worker, for 3 months in Dairy Queen (2005)
