- Leading a team that Responsible for maintenance of all Electrical Machines, facilities, transformers station, generator station and instruments in the plant.
-Using lean tools such as 5S, KAIZEN and TPM to improve the machines and manpower efficiency and to keep the continual improvement of organization toward cost saving and client satisfaction.
- Participate in the studies, analysis, design amendment & planning for plant modification or new equipment. Review requirements & provide specialist/expert advice & liaison throughout installations implementation.

- Monitor & analyze failure reports, identify bad actors (RCA) and initiate corrective actions & develop solutions to rectify the problems & improve the performance.
- To implement and ensure preventive major & extraordinary maintenance programs are carried out in an efficient and cost effective manner. Arrange for long term & short term maintenance plans for the generating units, Transformers & HV motor and coordinate major overhauls and shutdowns of the assigned equipment.

(PLC Siemens S7300&400, machines, Chillers, Air
Conditions, cutting & pending Machines and CNC
Machines).
- Daily supervising and performing Maintenance to
ensure production equipment operate efficiently.
- Supervise daily, weekly and monthly preventative
maintenance inspections and maintains records of
production equipment; conducts safety compliance
inspections and maintains records of production
equipment.
- Analyzes equipment failures, determines cause(s) and
makes necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Seek new technologies and automation opportunities in
lowering the overall cost of the maintenance.
- Leading a team that Responsible for maintenance of all Electrical Machines and instruments in the Project (PLC Siemens S7300&400, OP TP, machines, Chillers, Air Conditions, spinning machines, heat set machines, twisting machines)
