Responsibilities are to implement the executive plan of the organization,
assisting the Executive Director in managing and organizing the work,
organizing the work of the secretariat and correspondence, maintaining
the confidentiality of the information received by the Office of the Executive
Director and ensuring that it remains secure. Organizing and following-up
meetings called by the CEO and assisting in planning appointments, board
meetings, conferences, etc., preparing the agenda for the Executive Director
to organize interviews, visits and meeting dates, dealing with outgoing and
incoming correspondence and prioritizing them, preparing and equipping
travel arrangements for executives, maintaining electronic and paper records
and ensuring that information is organized so that it can be easily accessible.
