Design drawings, site implementations and preparing accomplishment

• Attend project conferences, and participate in project bidding.
• Construct and manage a range physical system such as buildings,
Roads, Houses Water Tanks, and or other related Public Works.
• Designing and executing project plans, that includes project timeline
and budgeting.

• Responsible for the completed projects QA/QC documents including
certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance

• To liaise and coordinate on technical matters, submissions and approvals
of project.
• Submit project reports and update status of project progress.
• Review project specifications, technical drawings and variation request.
• Monitor quality, ensure smooth work progress, controlling budget up to
finalizing accounts.
• Responsible in organizing and monitoring site accomplishments for Land
Development, Housing and all other enhancement made inside the
subdivision.
• Coordinates to Subcontractors for the updates of the projects.
• Ensure to hit monthly target as per commitment to higher management.
• Daily accomplishments monitoring, billing preparations and
subcontractors billing evaluation.
