• Managing tax compliance, including the liaising with the finance function to follow a process of preparing, reviewing, filing and payment of VAT returns, ensuring timely and accurate compliance is achieved.
• Identify & establish documentation requirements in line with FTA regulations.
• Analyzes accounts and reconciles supporting schedules
• Review VAT returns & ensure timely submission
• Coordinate with all other departments, business units and other entities within the group to ensure VAT compliance.
• Managing the relationship and communication with VAT authorities.
• Payments to Local and Foreign Suppliers by cheque/online or manual bank transfer.
• Constantly review ledgers and trial balances to ensure accurate postings and dimensions into the GL accounts and transactions are properly booked in the system.
• Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports of intercompany

• Regular payments to Local and Foreign agents by cheque/online or manual bank transfer.
• Entry and verification of monthly Expenses, revenues and provisions.
• Expense variance analysis & Report submission on monthly basis.
• Capitalisation and disposal of fixed assets
• Handling Bank Guarantees, Letter of credit & banking facilities.
• Maintain pre-payments file and its entry and reconciliation.
• Dealing of Intercompany balance and turnover confirmation monthly and quarterly.
• Monitor accounts aging to ensure payments are up to date
• Payment follow up
• Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company
• Handling & Coordination of Medical Insurance of company staff.
• Reconciliation of bank statements
• Timely Job Closing with proper coordination of operation personnel.
• Uploading the JVs into accounting software, Dolphin along with updating daily board currency rates.
• Booking of staffs air tickets and creation of provisions for air tickets.
• Responsible for Reconciliation and Foreign agents Account settlement
• Assisting in preparation & requirements for Annual Audit.

• Collection, validation, dissemination and analysis of Mutual Fund information.
• Updating the mutual fund information into our database in a timely manner.
• Populating fund data
• Perform quality checks
• Communicate with UK and Offshore asset management companies via email/telephone.
