Developed, supported, and maintain Atlas Copco compressors control systems including configuration database, controller and operations descriptions, coding, display layouts, simulations, and hardware.
Troubleshot electrical and instrumentation maintenance issues; (example: locate fault in field circuit by disconnecting wires at module and field device, check device for ground, short circuit for proper mechanical and electrical operation).

Follow-up with the contractor and support in coordinating with the utility authority regarding connections whenever required. Receive material inspection requests (MAS’s) from contractor, inspect electrical & instrumentation materials at site and sign off requests. Prepare and complete the necessary documentation prior to inspection of the Works and process accordingly following completion of the inspection. Check plant, equipment and materials delivered are as approved and are properly stored. Inspect the installation works of electrical items as per approved shop drawings such as - SLD, Load Schedule, cable schedule, General arrangement of Electrical Equipment’s layouts and details, Earthing and lightning layouts, Fire Alarm and Telecom Layouts, - P&ID, PLC/RTU/HMI panel GA/IA drawings, Control System Architecture, Instrument Schedules, Cause and Effect Schedules, Alarm and Trip List, I/O lists and DCS tag lists, Hook up drawings, Termination and Loop Drawings, JB schedules, FOC cabling drawings, etc. Inspect the site test as per approved operation and control philosophy, FDS, Control schematics etc, and as per the approved SAT procedures and testing and commissioning procedures and Plan. Ensure that safety critical aspects of the project are identified and actively addressed.
