Main duties performed:
• Managing the day-to-day operations of various facilities across the Properties.
• Managing the refurbishment of Apartments, Offices and Villa’s.
• Ensuring that relevant building maintenance, repairs and services
are completed efficiently, on time and budget.
• Tracking budgets and ensuring payment is made on time.
• Working with a variety of contractors from a number of different sectors to agree and form contracts and agreements.
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are met at all times and by all parties.
• Ensuring Energy Saving- Saving electricity and water is going good at site.
• Monitoring and assessing the activities of services provider in KPI.
• Managing third-party contractors and agency staff across various premises.
• Managing and coordinating planned preventive maintenance,
ensuring smooth operation and achieving minimum breakdowns.
• Carrying out inspection’s with business partners before and after“move in & move out”.
• Updating accidents and incidents records whenever they occur.
• Liaising with head office regarding property contracts and leases.
• Performing regular site inspections.
• Holding regular team meetings to ensure everyone is up-to-date with the latest developments in the organisation and addressing any issues or concerns.
Main duties performed:
• Managing the day-to-day maintenance of HVAC systems, DX Systems, civil and all corresponding systems.
• Offering support to the whole facilities team when required.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work Dealing with any complaints or issues with regards to different sites.
• Ensuring optimal usage of manpower and resources.
• Attending any emergency cases out of working works.
• Performing preventive maintenance program for Electrical and HVAC systems.
• Reporting breakdown route cause and equipment faults to the management.
I have bachelor's of Engineering graduated from Anna university, Chennai. Full time studying for four years 2011 -2015
