up approvals, FF&E coordination, operational readiness and compliance with operator
standards.Acted as the primary executive interface with investors, clients, operators, consultants,
contractors and regulatory authorities.
Design, Construction & Delivery
• Led Cost Consultants, Construction Supervision Consultants, Design Consultants, Procurement
Consultants and FF&E manufacturers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Directed the Main Contractor together with multiple Employer-appointed subcontractors to ensure
coordinated project execution.
• Coordinated design, procurement and construction activities to optimize sequencing, constructability
and delivery performance.
• Optimized allocation of project management, supervision and consultancy resources to maximize
delivery efficiency.

Setting up Project Controls systems for the Construction of an industrial steel manufacturing complex,
which consisted of 30 buildings. Construction also included infrastructure roads, rails, a substation, and
other utilities. role USD 500 Million

Project Management services for a 25-story residential development, built on 5, 000 SM with a built-up
area of 70, 000 SM. Residences consist of 131 unique apartment units. The building was complemented
with retail stores, spa, swimming pool, landscaping, green walls, terraces, and 6 underground levels. The
project is designed by K&A and Herzog & DeMeuron. role in the Project: PMC
