•Use advanced tools/methods to filter candidate within schedule.
•Conduct telephonic and Personal interviews in coordination with Business unit Managers.
•Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
•Developed and managed candidate-client relationships within chosen competency.
