1. Report to Store Manager, Store Supervisor & Service Squad Area Manager.
2. Greeting incoming visitors, VIP’s, Vendor’s and potential customers.
3. Attend and respond to telephone and in-person requests for information from/to customer.
4. Arrange & decorate products in order & issue price tags.
5. Issue security tags on products when received.
6. Analyze issues with the device meant for repairing.
7. Issue Job Cards for each collection of devices for repair as a proof/receipt.
8. Collect necessary customer details and provide overview on the service held and its duration to the customer.
9. Contact service center for approval and confirmation from the customer.
10. Fix minor issues with devices on-spot service.
11. Daily follow up on units sent for repair or returned.
12. Maintain history of records of services repaired, returned or withdrawn from service center throughout the year.
13. Track inventory for supply materials available for sale.
14. Filing and documentation of mandatory files or records.
15. Draft Job cards of services pending, repaired or returned.
16. E-mail Final Daily sales report to the Service Squad Area Manager and maintain a security copy.
Certification in Human Resources
Certified Diploma in Travel and Tourism Foundation.
