Financial Reporting which includes Statement of Financial Position, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows, Statement of Change in Equity and Subsidiary Notes.
•Accounts Payable & Receivable Analysis including Aging, Sales Trends and Irregularities assessment.
•Independently checking of Payroll, Leave settlements, Gratuity, Increments, Promotions, and Final Settlements.
•Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports.
•Assure Compliance of System Controls by training and counseling of junior staff
Co-ordinate & single point of contact for clients in the Accounts Receivable process for 10 Countries.
•Booking of payments in oracle as per the bank statement downloaded from deutsche bank And Danske bank
•Daily check of GL balance as per the bank statement without any differences.
•Reconciling payments and receipts in oracle and SAP (cash management part).
•Matching the balance in oracle as in bank related to cash management process.
•Creating CN\DN and internal document in Oracle.
•Write off adjustment, bad debt and refund as per the approval matrix.
•Handling query emails for AR process and responding to client and customer.
•Checking of credit control limit and processing as per the approval matrix.
•Booking of intercompany payments\receipts\invoices (oracle CCI & CBS).
•Updating daily dash board, productivity\SLA and control charts.
•Reporting to management on daily basis (production\accuracy\audit).
•Month end book close\open done as per the service level agreement.
•Preparation of AR-GL reconciliation at month end without any issues.
•Attending\handling calls from client and providing solutions.
