WORK PROFILE:
•Management of Trade & Current Account relationships in business banking segment.
• Acquire New Trade Finance and Forex clients
• Activate existing clients to start their trade and Forex transactions
• Acquisition of Corporate customers for Forex and Trade Services
• Conduct regular branch and client visits and resolve customer queries
• Retain existing clients and enhancement of Trade/Forex business
• Manage trade related transactions
• Collaborate with several General Service departments e.g. GTSU (Global Trade Service Units) to ensure clients receive quality service
• Ensure Compliance to Internal & External Guidelines on trade Finance activities

WORK PROFILE:
•Handling trade transactions in Direct Collections like processing payment (inward/outward), doc checking and preparation of covers under compliance guidelines.
•Generate MIS on a regular basis relating to trade finance products & quality parameters.
•Monitoring incoming SWIFT messages i.e. MT400, MT410, MT412 and MT499.
•Controlling Import & Export Collection Transactions

WORK PROFILE:
•Sending quotations and correspondence with the customers.
•Preparing Contracts, Pre & Post Shipment Documentation.
•Handling deferent L/Cs & scrutinizing.
•Handling Export Incentives like FMS, FPS, & EPCG.
•Follow-up with CHAs for in-time Customs clearance.
•Co-ordinate with shipping agents for booking of containers at the best price.
•Co-ordinate with factory officials and follow up for timely production, packing and stuffing the containers

WORK PROFILE:
•Open different Letter of Credits in the Bank.
•L/C’s discounting, forfeiting at best rate in the market.
•Arrangement of Buyers Credit from Overseas Banks.
•Booking of Forward Sale Contract in the Bank at the time of low value of the currency.
•Follow-up with CHAs for Customs Clearance and filing Bill of Entry / Shipping Bill.
•Co-ordinate with Shipping Lines and agents for Bill of Lading and DOs.
•Booking of containers i.e. FCL/LCL at the best price.
•Customer correspondence & informing about their dues/queries.
•Visiting ICD/CFSs for customs clearance and material dispatch.
•Handling matters related to Director of General of Foreign Trade
