- Provide daily reports on the workflow, detailing the status of field beneficiaries in project management. This includes updating stakeholders on progress, challenges & significant developments.
- Conduct quality assessments of projects initiated by participating productive families, classifying them based on predefined criteria. This involves evaluating the impact and success of projects to guide future initiatives and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for projects and training initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Provide effective leadership to the projects and training teams, overseeing their activities, and ensuring collaboration and coordination for successful project implementation.
- Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, budget, and materials, to support the effective execution of projects and training programs.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, community partners, and donors. Ensure effective communication and collaboration to enhance support and initiatives.

A brief on graduation project: I obtained an excellent grade (A+)in the graduation research and It was about the effect of psychological well-being on a sample of developmental project managers and company managers in Saudi society. I presented the research as a participant in the tenth scientific forum at King Abdulaziz University and received an award from his excellency the director of the university and it is the third place in the path of social, administrative and human sciences. Summary of Cooperative Training: I trained at the university hospital at King Abdulaziz University in the department of psychiatry and participated in the counseling sessions as scheduled with the psychologist and psychological measures that were applied to the cases and wrote treatment plans for each case, I got an excellent high evaluation. Moreover, I established relationships with the staff in the same department who shared my interests.
