Recording and maintaining all clients Know Your Customer (KYC) documents.
Recording and going through all the procedure to maintain the Agreements when established with clients.
Available to clients (local or international) through phone and email for all the related queries to Financial​ Institution (FI) and required documents from Bahrain Islamic Bank or from clients.
Handling emergents cases.
Handling transfers and deposits both new and old.
Participating with FI in developing new products and projects like Bankscope (Orbis Bank Focus), SignatureNet, Swift Registry, etc.
Handling correspondent required documents beside agreements.
Participated in setting Bank Line Limits for 2017 for Bahrain Islamic Bank.
