Facility maintenance Engineer.

• Conducts and participates in technical compliance audits on all ongoing maintenance activities enforcing contractual compliance by the Facility Management providers.
• Develops, implements, and directs a preventive and corrective maintenance program to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operation of the entire physical plant and all related operating equipment within the facility; plans and coordinates the repair or recommends the replacement of, or additions to, equipment or physical structures as needed.
• Monitors and inspects planned and reactive maintenance works for compliance against contract requirements and best practice FM service delivery.
• Conducts daily site audits to prescribed checklists for Hard and Soft services inclusive of Health and Safety compliance.
• Maintain all QA/QC inspection documents and ensure that they are up to date and meet all requirements.
• Rain to fail Maintenance and Preventive maintenance for all Obeikan investment Group Facilities (18 Plants -Obeikan Knowledge academy -Obeikan Riyadh polytechnic institute).
• Providing, Control and maintenance all water services to obeikan investment group (fresh water -sewage water -obeikan lifting station).
• Control and maintenance for all Obeikan Power Substations (11 Substations / 41 MVA).
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Engineer
• Schedule PM work orders based on Equipment Changeover plan
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Maintenance work KPIs and implement identified corrective action
• Schedule work order execution dates in CMMS system (BANN) based on the feedback received form all concerned
• Coordinate with concerned execution Section Supervisors to obtain the required information for work order creation/ planning/ scheduling.
• Provide confirmed section (Carpentry -Plumbing _electrical building -HVAC) available capacity for every week.
• Follow up and control the number of open notification in CMMS system (BANN) and convert them into work orders as agreed with maintenance and operations as well as review all open Notifications in BAAN to ensure no Notification is reported.
• Verify data for completeness and accuracy and issuing weekly status reports, with actions follow-up.
• Prepare daily a list of maintenance activities for each section using Maintenance Work Daily Forward Plan Form and forward the consolidated plan by suitable means to Operations Shift Supervisor and Execution Section Supervisor for their information and required action.
Procurement Engineer
• Contacts suppliers to ensure equipment and materials are delivered to job sites in support of construction schedules.
• Follows up on assigned purchase orders to ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
• Identification of all requirements in requisition for purchase issued by Technical and Sales departments
• Negotiate the best payment terms and contract conditions, maintaining high level of integrity
• Issuance of Purchase order trough ERP System, Tracking and expediting of Shipment and handle logistics parts effectively
• client acceptance/rejection, warranties, and other related follow up matters with the supplier
• Obtain all certificates from vendors in timely manner including but not limited to Country of origin etc.
• Keep updated with market developments and assist in Vendor Development register.
• Report on budget versus Actual performance on project-wise basis

• Performed routine maintenance inspections of equipment to identify and respond to problems in a timely manner, thus preventing breakdowns.
• Provided solutions and fixed equipment malfunctioning, system faults and network errors - Used root-cause-failure techniques, corrective actions, modifications and performed replacements and/or new installation.
• Assigned personnel and technical support teams to sites requiring 24/7 maintenance.
• Worked with company’s vendors and supervised subcontractors during various maintenance projects to ensure proper completion of work performed at customers’ facilities.
• Utilized different reliability and testing strategies in plants to maintain and improve operation’s profitability.
• Directed storage of equipment and assured safety measures were followed.
