Types of Project Executed:
● Manage cross-functional implementation of strategic infrastructure modernization programs for Telecom (2035 Sites), Solar Energies (1550 Sites ), Batteries Hybrid (350 Sites)
● Spare Part Management for Maintenance Operations (2100 Sites)
Responsibilities:
I- Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Technical Control
 Project preparation (Human Resources forecast, Finance, Realistic and effective Project Plan, Communication Plan, Validation of the project specifications, Choice of Suppliers…)
 Prepare the Project charter
 Preparation of the project P&L (costs, Revenue, margins ...)
 Initiation, Planning, Execution and Control of Projects
 Control all structuring phase costs and ensure that expenditure remain within the set thresholds
 Support negotiations with Suppliers and Contractors
 Implementation of an Environment, Health and Safety policy (ISO 14001: 2004, OHSAS 18001, BS 8800: 2004)
 Budget preparation and execution (Monthly, Semi-annual and annual)
 Risk identification and management (Risk of delay, Security, Quality, etc.)
 Technical Work supervision (Civil Work, Solar Panels Installation, Controller Installation, Power Inverter Installation, Telecom installation and integration …)
 Prepare Project BOQ and Get the Validation
 Prepare equipment Shipment plan with Supply Chain Team
 Proceed to the sites Acquisition and get the sites ready for Installation before equipment arrival
 Assist and lead the supply chain division issuing RFP’s, managing the bid evaluation process
 Ensure the timely delivery of project documents for review and validation
 Ensure to establish a strong and efficient management team for the execution phase
 Prepare the BOQ for Spare Part Purchase

II-Monitoring, Evaluation and Project Handover to Maintenance
 Supervise and coordinate all project activities at the national level
 Prioritize tasks in agreement with the client, taking into account different constraints
 Coordinate the annual forecast of activities and the annual budget
 Monitoring of procurement department procurement activities
 Human resources monitoring and evaluation (supplier, internal, subcontracting, consultant)
 Daily monitoring and coordination of the progress of the project on the basis of a clear and regularly updated schedule
 Report on the status of specific achievements to the supervisory authority (MENP) and the funder (CHINA EXIMBANK)
 Ensure the implementation of the project in accordance with the specifications
 Coordinate with the various national stakeholders of the project the procedures for acquisitions and carrying out activities
 Consolidate and review the various monitoring reports (progress, financial monitoring, etc.)
 Identify any delays noted, report them to the hierarchy (sponsor) and the Client while proposing solutions to remedy them
 Supervise the budgetary and financial programming of project activities and ensure its execution with the support of the Financial Manager
