Monitor mechanical systems and multiple disciplines to meet project goals within time and budget constraints. Lead a winning team of cross-functional members. Plan and conduct site inspections to drive commissioning improvements. Develop and implement commissioning strategies regarding subcontractor resources and construction completion plan. Create commissioning progress reports and deliver project updates to clients. Assess and troubleshoot design faults for business productivity.

Managed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing process to achieve operational goals. Guided TAB staff to operate surgery/intensive care rooms in line with HS rules. Led a team of 11 engineers, two technician, three foremen, and 40 labours to complete multimillion-dollar projects within set deadlines. Conducted project progress meetings with ministry supervisors to provide operational manuals for customers. Executed building management system to streamline HVAC, plumbing, and access control procedures.
