- Responsible for developing, implementing and executing marketing and public relations plans for Audi and Volkswagen brands within Nuqul Automotive.
- Facilitate and execute marketing activities: advertising campaigns, public relations, launching new models and set special events for both the sales and after sales departments.
- Manage the brand’s public relations: press releases, set PR coverage, arrange press conferences and media test drives.
- Run and direct the advertising, PR and media agencies.
- Monitor competitions advertising activities as well as conducting competitor research.
- Identify and cooperate the market and sales needs and requirements with the brand sales and service managers.
- Ensure that campaigns are running effectively and monitor results.
- Develop, administer and manage the brand’s customer database under the CRM (customer relationship management) program.
- Report all marketing activities to the General Manager and brand manager.
- Coordinate and execute all marketing activities with marketing managers of Audi and Volkswagen regional offices in UAE.
- Mentorship:
Trained three undergraduate students for their university required internship programs.
Trained one high school student for ‘Job shadowing week’ program.
