Remote full time worker
- Building network/server hybrid infrastructure from scratch for several projects based on corporate SaaS solution.
- Responsible for setting up cloud and on premise infrastructure to end customers.
- Managing a small international team of engineers.
- Developing technologies to ensure redundancy, scalability and reliability of infrastructure.
- Implementing and providing automation, monitoring, DR, backups for running infrastructure, etc.

Primary responsibilities
- Lead technical team in designing, testing and implementing software and hardware solutions to help strengthen and automate technology based on Microsoft/Cisco/HPE/Dell enterprise solutions.
- Ensure that company IT services follows corporate SLA
- Guiding company strategy and directions in developing IT infrastructure as a member of executive team
- Lead team of 3rd level engineers to successful execution of IT strategy.
- Preparing and validation of company yearly department budget to company top managers
- High level engineer and team coordinator for most critical tasks and projects (migration between DCs, configuration of large clusters, migration between platforms, etc)
Achievements
- Planned and build new company datacenter private cloud, which helped to increase SLA for critical company resources based on enterprise solutions from different vendors.
- Upgraded company standard for network and branch equipment, migrated all branches to new standard. That helped company to implement new range of services for end customers, provided scalability in resources to adopt rapid grow in sales, reduced downtime, increased effectiveness of FE and BE services.
- Planned DR infrastructure for company needs with accepted RTO/RPO for critical resources.
- Started implementation of IT security best practices to increase level of protection for most critical and sensitive company resources (implemented solutions for DDoS protection, IPS, IDS, sandboxing, email/content filtering)

- provide full range of support for all critical corporate systems/services.
- implementation and support of fully redundant and reliable systems based on Microsoft and HP solutions
- coordination and controlling jobs with 1/2 level of engineers
- providing expert consultancy for developers and other 3rd level engineers
- teaching 1/2 level of engineers and implementation of new technologies for company needs (based on Microsoft solutions)
Achievements
- implementation of reliable backup solutions for all corporate systems (Servers, DBs, DFS, network equipment, etc).
- solving most critical issues found with RD solutions. Implemented new RD farms optimized for company needs. Testing and implementation of fully HA RDS farms with RemoteApp, optimized by memory, resources allocation.
- automatization of most critical time consuming operations with advanced policies and scripts.
- planning and migration of 80% of systems to the latest at this moment OS 2012 R2.
- take an active part in implementation of all new IT corporate projects, starting from scratch up to implementation and further support and maintenance.
- implementation of System Center products for company needs (SCVMM, SCCM)
- implementation of fully antivirus protections for all systems (optimized for our needs).
- solving problems with corporate printing systems, by implementation of print servers for HQ and regional offices with GPO policies for automation tasks.

In Synchron I grow up as a specialist. A lot of varios interesting projects, where i have possitibility to learn new interesting technologies, proove my skills and earn additional expirience in different areas, as network engineer, team leader, budgeting, project planning, server administrator, head of regional IT department, etc.
