• Create, administer, and update a strategic leasing plan of Mall
• Maintain regular contact with tenants and monitor lease expirations
• Research competitive market information and maintain understanding of market dynamics.
• Maintain and update various lease reporting summaries on weekly basis.
• Manages day-to-day operations of leasing and ensure maximum optimization of resources.
• Set up objectives and targets and monitor regularly to ensure all objectives are achieved.
• Lease vacant space according to defined retailer mix and target.
• Manages all leasing activities including attracting new tenants.

• Coordinate with retailers on a daily basis to resolve issues
• Have general knowledge of the local laws governing landlord/tenant relationships
