MANAGE THE BRANCH OPERATIONS, COMPLIANCE, SALES ACHIEVEMENT, CUSTOMER ORIENTED, RETAIL AND CORPORATE SERVICES
• Executing all the receiving orders smoothly and analyses to increase the quality productivity through effective sales.
• Leading the dedicated team for achieving the branch targets.
• Supervise all operational aspects through out the day.
• Reviewing company sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
• Gaining a clear understanding of client’s businesses and requirements.
• Monitoring the operation day activities & the effective handling of Customer Queries & Complaints.
• Reconciliation of the operation products on daily basis and reporting to the Zonal head, Area manager.
• Guiding the staffs and ensures well trained service following AML KYC policy with respect to the central bank’s AML guidelines.
• Perform all the duties assigned by the branch head and taking the branch incharge and responsibilty on his absence.
• Cash verification and arranging cash for daily Funding.
• Smart pay (WPS) funding and creating Salary Information File according to the UAE WPS guidelines.
• Ensuring that staff extends the requisite manners to the valued customers and are attended well.
• Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
• Recording sales information and updating to the sales offices.
