•Supervise Technicians in attending to breakdown on all Hydraulic & Pneumatic equipment in Plant.
(Carbon Plant, Reduction Plant, Cast House, Port & Utility Plant)
•Monitors and ensures that all Planned Maintenance activities in the Hydraulic and Pneumatic shop are executed base on Priorities from the End Users,
• Ensures that all spares for Planned Maintenance orders are available before start of the job.
•Update employee’s timesheet, overtime, performance records, completed task, incident reports in SAP system.
•Lead the maintenance acceptance pressure testing of all repaired Hydraulic & Pneumatic equipment using Test Benches.
•Attend weekly/monthly meeting to update department KPI.
•Prepares all Job Risk Assessment (JRA) for all workshop repairing activities.
•Prepares all One point Lessons (OPL) for all equipment in the Shop.
•Prepares various Safe Operating Procedures (SOP's) for workshop maintenance activities.
•Prepare Safety Work Permit and mechanical isolations on all mechanical maintenance activity.
•Signing of Prepare work permit as Work Permit
Technicians in attending to breakdown on all Hydraulic & Pneumatic jobs in the Plant.
•Monitors and ensures that all Planned Maintenance activities in the Hydraulic and Pneumatic shop are executed base on Priorities from the End Users,
• Ensures that all spares for Planned Maintenance orders are available before start of the job.
•Trains Technicians & Contractors on the job to enhance their skills and to comply in Environmental Health Safety in accordance with company vision
•Lead the maintenance acceptance pressure testing of all repaired Hydraulic & Pneumatic equipment using Test Benches.
•Prepare Safety Work Permit and mechanical isolations on all mechanical maintenance activity.
•Daily Report writing of all completed jobs and pending jobs to the Maintenance planner.
•Experience knowledge in using different kinds of hand tools, power tools and other mechanical machines such as torque machines and electric / pneumatic drills.
•Supervisor Mechanics and Technicians to checked, repairs and hydro testing of defective non-rotating equipment such as hot and cold heat exchangers, condenser, lube oil coolers, filters and different kinds of valves.
•Supervises PM for all the workshop equipment namely, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Test benches, hydraulic Press (250 Ton), Oil re-filtration m/c, Horning m/c, Accumulator Charging m/c and etc.
•Carry out any other additional work given to me by the Manager, Central Maintenance W/S.

•Ensures that all breakdown equipment are given top most priority to repair and restore immediately to reduce the downtime.
•Supervises PM for all the workshop equipment namely, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Test benches, hydraulic Press (50 Ton), Accumulator Charging m/c, Pressure booster m/c, and etc.
•Monitoring of all repaired equipment on the field to assess the performance in service.
•Daily Report writing of all completed jobs and pending jobs to the Maintenance planner.
•Prepare Safety Work Permit and mechanical isolations on all mechanical maintenance activity.
•Attend weekly/monthly meeting to update department KPI.
•Daily closing of all completed planned jobs and making remarks on all pending jobs to the Maintenance planner. Knowledge of maintenance management systems, maintenance data collection
•Strong hydraulic and electrical /Electronic knowledge in troubleshooting.
•Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
•Ability to read blue prints, drawings, schematics
•Good communication skills to work with multi-dimensional team
•Possess a solid understanding of mechanic equipment and tools.

•Scheduling PM, CM, and Shutdown activities according to request from the client.
•Collection useful data from Mechanics & Technicians about task changes during maintenance.

•Mobilization of Human resources to client site to carry out our work orders.
•Prepare Safety Work Permit and mechanical isolations on all mechanical maintenance activity prior to the start of daily jobs.
•Conducting site Safety Risk Assessment before work start of work.
•Conduct and supervise on the job training programs
•Assist with training new hires in the operation of equipment, use of tools and methods or procedures of work

Duties:
•Experience knowledge in using different kinds of hand tools, power tools and other mechanical machines such as torque machines and electric / pneumatic drills
•Checked, repairs and hydro testing of defective non-rotating equipment such as
hot and cold exchanger, condenser, lube oil coolers, filters and different kinds of
valves
•Replacement of damaged hydraulic cylinders, accumulators, valves, pumps and motors.
•Coordinate with engineers regarding hydraulic spares updates.
•Execute preventive maintenance activity of all hydraulics system on all lines after the issue of Work permit and isolation of equipment.
•Overhauling of hydraulic piston pumps and motors ( Parker & Rexroth)
•Repair, charging and installation of hydraulic & Pneumatic accumulators.
•Diagnosing & troubleshooting of hydraulic equipment (power packs, lifting jacks) etc.
•Overhauling of hydraulic press and shears.
•Investigates complaints and diagnoses equipment malfunctions
•Inspect equipment, analyze trouble and plan sequence of repair operations.
•Ability to engage in heavy manual labor for extended periods under various working conditions
•Performs hands on repairs and preventative maintenance on all minor and major pieces of equipment's related to hydraulics & Mechanical.
•Assemble complex components from supplied instructions or drawings.
•Adjust or repair and replace parts in belt conveyors and other rotating equipment
•Assist with training new hires in the operation of equipment, use of tools and methods or procedures of work
•Able to follow written and verbal work instructions to repair defects identified by the assembly process
using technical publications, and perform repair
•Determine the extent of disassembly necessary to repair or replace hydraulic components
•Inspect hydraulic components, using visual inspection methods
•Diagnose malfunctions using applicable technical publications and test equipment using dial indicators, feeler gauges, and micrometers
•Train customer personnel on all applicable documentation
•Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets or other fasteners using hand, air and/or power tools
drill press, grinders, engine lathe, or other machines to modify parts tested or to fabricate experimental parts for testing.
•Fabrication of simple structural mounting for pumps and motor.
•Designing and fabrication of platforms for manufacturing industries.
•Repairing and modification of agricultural machineries.
•Repairs and installation of guard rays and hand rays.
•Machining and slot cutting of shafts using the lathe and milling machines.
•Repair, maintain, lubricate, clean and carry out scheduled servicing of pumps, compressors, blowers etc. under the supervision of a senior Mechanic.
