Role & Responsibility:
− Through the procurement strategy plan project budget saved more than 8% just during the three month. Reduced import tax with logistic cost, recommend excellent items that considered site condition and market condition.
− Lead team of 6 staff in site and 5 staff spread across China, Singapore and Tokyo.
− Was responsible of Procurement manager of project team, monitoring the budget in strategy of procurement and collaborated with Singapore and Tokyo HQ.
− Conduct Philippine market analysis to make the procurement plan analyses barriers to local market analysis, import condition analysis, tax matter market structure of price analysis.
− Through the analysis’s result make the strategy to procure from local or overseas and computation the estimate budget plan.
− Monitoring the every procedure of importation closely checking the custom clearance situation to prevent the any congestion at port, such as others emerges market.
− Educated global branch office of central procurement system and procedure to make the global procurement specialist and specialized network.
− Provide procurement solution and improved plan.

Role & Responsibility:
− As per Procurement coordinator three project site I have saved around 5 to 7% from contract sum through the plan of procurement.
− Performed mega projects management such as Mapletree Biz Center (Office, High-rise) in Singapore and Sima Office Tower in Indonesia. My role was to involve these projects as project or tender procurement coordinator.
− Established relations with overseas manufacturer and forwarder; make the MOU or Global agreement with them to protect market price's fluctuation or to retain the competitive price yearly or for certain period.
− Established a strategy for new materials market penetration & new Biz partner (manufacturer) in such targeted countries like China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, UAE, Korea, Japan… etc.
− Educated global branch office of central procurement system and procedure to make the global procurement specialist and specialized network.
− Monitoring the import and export status. Production inspection and product inspection (Overall quality control before handover to project team.
− Prepare the tender and verify the submitted documents. Precede negotiation with sub-con and prepare the MAR. (Closely communicate with client)
− Project site procurement coordination. Provide procurement solution and improved plan.

Role & Responsibility:
− Was in charge of site control and planning as a manager of project team, monitoring the progress and productivity and collaborated with Seoul HQ.
− Took a role of project management to follow firm’s advice after. Managed contract controls, procurement control and budget / financial management.
− Set-up a strategy for construction expense and scope of works in project; materials supply contract, genercon contract, equipment rent contract, etc.
− Established client (Qatar Gas) relation for strategy set-up to penetrate in Qatar plant market to expand new business models.

Role & Responsibility:
− Trained as a field manager in many keen-edge technical aspects from Basic Field Management through Schedule & Budget Control skills at mega project site.
− Was responsible for area CP-19 (Car park, VVIP Terminal) building development and the establishment of genercon (Taisei, Takenaka) relations. Collaborated with U.S. teams.
