Rozan Life Skills training project was introduced in SLS in 2010. It was a group of 15 members and I was selected as coordination officer after getting training from Rozan staff. Best Duty Performer certificate and Appreciation Certificate was awarded to me for paying my services to this project.
• While coordinating Life Skill project, I was supposed to plan sessions for school students according to their age group.
• The topics that were discussed were too informative and fruitful for students like Self-assessment, Tolerance, Anger Management, Body Protection and so on, I really enjoyed while delivering these topics among students.

As Branch coordinator my tasks were To carry out recruitment and selection process of the shortlisted candidates for school branch.
• Assigning duties to staff according to the HR policies of school.
• Supervising 50 teachers as Branch coordinator and assigning duty of Safety In charge, Canteen Incharge, Classroom Incharge etc to teachers on monthly basis.
• Providing guidelines and guidance to new staff members during their probationary period.
• Planning and Preparation of forecasting calendar for different events during the year.
• Facilitation and supervision of teachers for decorating and organizing indoor and outdoor school events according to requirements.
• Managing and coordinating and organizing co-curricular activities e.g. Independence days, Quaid-e-Azam day, Iqbal day, Spring Season, Sports days, Open day etc etc.
• Carrying out event management like deciding Menu list for guest on different events, Inviting chief guests and other guests on different events.
• Preparation of event reports and keeping records of events during a year.
• Carrying out “Knowledge Management” of Performa’s files containing records of terms Syllabus, date sheets, timetables, Stationery provided to staff etc.
• Responsible for communication with all visitors coming to the educational institute. Moreover, responding to phone calls, receiving messages, settling down disputes, complaints and any problem coming from parents or any other stakeholder.
• Coordinate syllabus meetings.
• Prepare worksheets for different classes.

I worked as Montessori trained teacher for two years in SLS Montessori Branch .here my task was not only to groom the children but to educate them not only by following syllabus but also with the help of Montessori apparatus .I was transfered to Seniopr Branch and here I taught different subjects while taking primary classes from II to V . The subjects I taught were English, Science, Math Social Studies and Religious education. I also performed different assemblies for special events e.g Pakistan Day, Spring Season, Mothers Day, Community week, Value Education and took lots of appreciation certificates . I achieved different appreciation certificates for performing best duties .Because of my good attitude and hard work I was promoted as Branch Coordinator in 2010.

• While coordinating Life Skill project, I was supposed to plan sessions for school students according to their age group.To train the selected staff members for sessions and to help them to deliver the topics effectively .
• The topics that were discussed were too informative and fruitful for students like Self-assessment, Tolerance, Anger Management, Body Protection and so on, I really enjoyed while delivering these topics among students I tried my level best to make the sessions more attractive by using colorful chart papers, videos, and flash cards, different activities and games for refreshment .

Rozan Life Skills Project was introduced in SLS Organization in 2010 . I was selected as a facilitator and I was trained by an experienced pro-gramme officer of Rozan . After my training i was selected as coordinating person for the project and my task was to plan the sessions and to facilitate the staff members . I held different sessions with different age groups with my staff members and completed 1 year of Life skills project successfully . Next year in 2011 because of my good performance and hard work i was again nominated as coordinating person for the project .
