Job Description:
I have honor to work for this emergency project with UN-Habitat once again for affectiees of 2012 flood. I have to supervise the Wash oriented activities such as Construction of Toilets, Water Supply Lines, Installation of hand pumps and Rehabilitation of H.P’s, with their water quality tests to verify the quality of water for drinking purpose.

Job Description:
During the entire duration I was responsible for the implementation the project activities like Shelter construction, Wash Activities (Installation of Hand Pumps, Water supply schemes new and rehabilitation, Construction of Water storage tank connected with supply lines, Construction/Rehabilitation of Latrines), Infrastructure work (Construction of Community Streets/ Pavements, Construction of Box/Pipe Culverts, Construction of Protection Bund/Wall). I have to prepare community budget plan, action plan, and proposals for each village/community which are prioritize by the community. I was responsible to ensure the implementation of activates with quality and completion of the project without any delay. During the implementation I have to communicate the seniors about the ongoing activities and to discuss the field issues if any. I have to ensure the quality of work, for this I have to monitor all activities which were running under my supervision. I was also part of the team for remedial work in shelters constructed in response of 2010 flood by our IP which are damaged during flood 2012.

Job Description:
When flood 2010 occurs across the country, UN-Habitat designated me for the assessment of affected areas of Gilgit Baltistan. During this period I have assessed 5 district of GB with the coordination of AKPBS & Focus Humanitarian which areas were badly affected during the flood 2010. I have to suggest the options which can be designed for the community of the location of GB. I was also responsible to report the country office about the ongoing activities in the area by different organizations and also to represent the Organization during the cluster meetings.

Job Description:
After Earthquake 2005 I had a chance to work with UN-Habitat for the effected community of AJ&K and some parts of NWFP (KPK) for the reconstruction of the houses. There I was responsible for remedial measures of partially damaged houses, Construction of Model Houses, Door to door assistance regarding safer construction from Earth quake, To develop skill of skilled labor regarding safer construction. I have to visit door to door to analyze the house condition and then I had to suggest the possible remedial work for each house. For the Model Houses I have to calculate the bill of quantities, Drawings and have to supervise all the activities under close supervision to document the steps of the construction. I was responsible to update my seniors about construction progress and to discuss the field issues with them to find possible solutions.
1. Performs visual inspection all concrete structures, steel structures, and Marine works using the sounding Equipment’s to determine the present condition of the structure and the extent of deterioration.
2. Issue inspection worksheets to report any findings and follow up on the execution of the findings.
3. Monitor all ongoing repair works activities and to ensure that the repair is in compliance to the recommendations.
4. Witness field test of concrete pouring and ensure result are satisfactory and all records filed properly.
Quality Control and site supervision of work in progress of various projects related to the Company.
Preparation of BOQs and progress report of project works.
Preparation of BAR BENDING schedule for builidings.
