Develops and implements sales strategies for effective project sales.
Responsible for sourcing, reviewing and participation for government, oil & private sector issued projects & tenders related to furniture works.
Analyze and respond to RFQs and RFPs of the clients and contractors.
Prospects/Develops continuously for new clients and new business opportunities.
Establishing new, and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers
Developing bidding strategies including supplier selection, costing, budgeting, execution plans etc.
Coordination & negotiation with tender approved suppliers to receive best deals to meet tender budgets.
Promoting & specifying partnering foreign brands to the architecture & consultancy firms for the future issuing tenders & projects.
Identifies and researches potential new suppliers.
Liaise with suppliers to design tailor made product according to the project requirements.
Negotiating and closing Project sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.
Attending meetings with Clients, Consultants & Suppliers.
Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope.
Establishes overall project scope and manages dealer/manufacturer team to ensure coordinated effort.
Responsible for the final edition of shop drawings & Furnishing.
Prepares installation packages, including installation drawings, project checklist, installation worksheets.
Coordinating with project’s key consultants to approve product transmittals, furnishing layouts and method statements.
Responsible for review all the technical issues of projects.
Handle, coordinate & accomplish projects which are supervised and awarded under my supervision.
Establishes and authorizes installation labor budgets for assigned projects.
Responsible for the collection till the end of the project, collecting the final clearance & payment.

Handling Cash flow of entire Jawad stores in Kuwait.
Handle Payable & Receivable including salary & benefits
Weekly Budgeting for Supplier’s Payment Plan.
Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly sales report for management review.
Bank Statement Reconciliation.
Responsible for maintaining and analyzing daily settlement data across all telex and forex payment and all bank accounts;
Responsible for maintaining and analyzing funding plan data \[inflows and outflows\], preparing monthly reporting;
Forecasting daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.
Responsible to budget and release expenses for retail outlets, Operational Expenses, P.R.O, Maintenance, IT, Logistics.
Responsible to do audit visit of the existing fashion retail outlets at various malls in Kuwait. (Under The Company Policies)

Data Entry.
Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements. ( Quarterly Sales Tax Return & Annually Income Tax Returns )
Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts. (Tally Accounting Software)
Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities.
Reconciliation of Bank Account Statements against system entries.
