Accountable for ensuring rigorous adherence to quality procedures at construction sites, with a specialized focus on overseeing internal audit functions. Key responsibilities encompass the supervision of steel structure activities, validation of the Construction Completion Management System, creation of punch lists, and active participation in QA/QC meetings. Proficient in generating detailed progress reports, initiating NCRs/CARs/QORs, and fostering collaboration with Construction/HSE departments. • Carry out inspection and check for all quality-related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
• Verification of CCMS (Construction completion Management System) and Generating Punch list.
• Regularly attend QA/QC Weekly Meeting with the contractor and contribute to the resolution of quality issues.
• Coordinate with Construction/HSE departments to ensure work is being performed safely and within stipulated time by promoting a pro-active approach.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Initiate NCR / CAR/ QOR against design, drawing, and specifications. Review corrective actions recommended in non-conformance reports to initiate and verify corrective actions to prevent the reoccurrence of non-conformity.
• Ensure that all inspections and tests are recorded on the appropriate form or checklist, as indicated on the relevant ITP, and all documentation is filed safely and securely.
• Co-ordinate with the Site / Independent Testing Laboratory to follow up on onsite Lab Testing frequency as per requirements of project related specifications, ASTM, BS, and ISO Standards.
• Inspection & Supervision of construction activities at a site like Concrete Mix design trials and relevant testing of concrete ingredients as specified in Project Specification.
• Coordinate with the contractor representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of the Non-Compliance Report.
• Ensure the works being executed as per the drawings, specifications and comply with the quality norms.
• Preparation and Revising of Quality Control procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs’) & Quality Control Checklists.
• Inspection & Supervision of Road Activities like Sub Base, Base Course, Prime Coat, Tack Coat and core cutter testing of Asphalt pavement.

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly progress targets provided by the Construction Manager.
• Fully appraise with following day’s work in advance and discuss resources requirements with management.
• Interfaces with planning department regarding Work Schedules and progress updates.
• Ensure the execution of the Projects/structures according to the Design & specifications.
