Responsible to manage client portal application which provides various services to client when they setup business in DIFC. It includes company registration, visa related and property services.
• Working as Techno-functional lead responsible for delivering end to end solution (Project Preparation, Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, Go live and Support)

• Responsible for preparing test cases and involved in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Extensive Salesforce.com consulting experience in diverse industries. E.g. Retail and Engineering, Professional Services and pharmaceutical.
• Experience and ability to articulate complex technical concepts, mentor and build effective relationships with clients.
• Led one of the largest implementation of Salesfoce project which took over an year to complete.
