GL Accounting, AP, Asset Accounting and MIS Reporting:
• Preparation of monthly financial statements, cash flow and fund flow statements
• Prepare monthly cost allocation, financial statements and bank reconciliation
• Performing day to day financial transactions like provisions, prepaid, accruals and monitoring
• Charge expenses to respective cost centres by analyzing Invoices/Expense reports.
• Assisting in Budget preparation and KPIs Preparation.
• Support the monthly, quarterly and yearly closing and analyzing variances.
• Creation of assets through FICO and MM Modules and periodical depreciation run
• E-Dirham reconciliation and Monitoring settlements.
• Creation, establishment & discharge of liability on Due date.
• Process and validate vendor invoices in accordance with company policy.
• Analyze and resolve accounts payable issues through communication with vendors and internal de-partments.
• Ensure that all vendor payments are processed within company policies and guidelines.
• Preparation of Monthly Vendor Ageing reports and preparation of checks.
• Inter unit reconciliation and recording of Inter unit transactions.
• Day to day monitoring of GL Accounts Like GRIR, Advance, Rejection Accounts and resolving account-ing discrepancies and irregularities.
• Sending MIS reports like Daily flash reports, Weekly Payment Report
• Preparation of Periodical Revenue reports and ARR Analysis.
• Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.
• Preparation of Monthly payroll and salary transfer processes through WPS and posting to SAP.
• Calculation of End of service benefits and processes.
• Monitoring of Petty cash expenses
• Periodical reporting to Finance Manager.
• Passing entries for VAT and compliance with Law and regulations
• Preparation of quarterly Purchase register and sales register for VAT ITC claims.
• Verification of Input tax and Output tax GLs.

Job Responsibilities:
GL ACCOUNTING:
•Prepare & input journal entries, including payroll entries, record transactions and accruals
•Prepare and review financial statements (income statements, balance sheet, cash flow)
•Day to day monitoring of GL Accounts Like, Advance, Debtors and resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
•Recording payment and journal voucher transaction entries.
•Maintaining Books of Accounts as per Accounting Standards and other regulations.
•Assisting and co-operating for Internal and Statutory Audit process.
•Receiving and processing of invoices and settlement
•Creation of fixed asset register and depreciation works
•Vendor payments through checks, online transfers, LC etc..
•Payroll accounts and wage sheet preparation
•Daily accounts and petty cash book maintenance
•Reconciliation of bank, sales and inter unit transfer statements.
•Filing and recording of Taxation entries like VAT, CST, Service tax etc..
COSTING:
•Preparation of product wise cost sheets
•Reconciliation of finished goods and process stock
•Assistance in monthly budget preparation, variance analysis.
•Review of saleable and useable waste and realisation.
•MIS report like, Material, Labour, WIP, MIT, consumption, VOP, etc
•Preparation of Value addition statement.
•Preparation of party wise procurement details
•Profitable Statement.
