Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports and maintain all the HSE records as per the
company QHSE policies and the main contractor, consultant and client requirements.
▪ Ensure the company QHSE policies and procedures are adopted and implemented at the
site.
▪ Organizing, Coordinating & Conducting HSE orientation programmes for staff,
subcontractors and all the new entrants and visitors to the site.
▪ Monitor the activities at the site closely and suggest the ways to eliminate the hazards,
impart suggestions, recommendation and contibutions to improve positive safety culture.
▪ Prepare all action plans, JHA and risk assessment etc as per the project requirements
Ensure that the project activities meetinng the health, safety and environmental standard of
the organization and other international standards that are applicable.
Daily Walkdown to Auditing the workplace for hazards and developing the solutions to
eliminate those hazards.
Co - ordination with the Client's/ Consultant's Safety representative
Hazard identification & suggesting remedial measures
Arranging Hot Work Permits & Confined Space Entry Permits.
To Investigate Accidents/ Near Misses/ Fire Accidents, etc & report to higher Authorities
Designing various Safety Trainings, Inductions to new workers on site, Tool Box Talks, etc
Conduct monthly incentive programs
Conduct Fire Emergency and medical Drill periodically
To hold weekly Safety Meeting with section HSE Officers & Supervisory staff
