Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, procurement,
and production, to gather relevant information for forecasting and planning.
Oversee and lead the local forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
processes for specific product lines, ensuring alignment with EUCAN schedules
and systems, including Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
Provide advanced expertise in SAP and MDG to optimize data accuracy and
operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends,
and input from sales and marketing teams.
Analyze demand patterns and maintain regular communication with Supply
Planners to ensure uninterrupted inventory flow to the cluster, manage SDNs in

Engage with key stakeholders, including UK & Ireland Commercial Business
Units, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and regional Supply Chain
partners, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
Analyze large sets of data to derive actionable insights for decision-making.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand
planning and supply chain performance

Develop a precise, high-quality SKU level demand plan for all markets, and/or
customers using best practises, strong business principles, and knowledge of the
company gained from cross-functional discussions and business expertise.
Managing forecasting system to generate 12 month rolling demand forecast and
target stocking level, purchasing plans and weekly recommended purchase
Develop, analyze and maintain forecast accuracy tools and manage key performance
data for the executive teams .
Develop and deploy Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that are integrated with
internal and external stakeholders, including other departments, suppliers and
customers

Utilize MRP, MPS, and bill of materials to determine availability of materials and

accuracy, bias, and other metrics

Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
