Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.

target stocking level, purchasing plans and weekly recommended purchase
Develop, analyze and maintain forecast accuracy tools and manage key performance
data for the executive teams .
Develop and deploy Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that are integrated with
internal and external stakeholders, including other departments, suppliers and
customers
Lead in the procees developing demand forecasts at the customer part level
Utilize MRP, MPS, and bill of materials to determine availability of materials and
escalation paths.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track demand planning
accuracy, bias, and other metrics
Creation of MM Organizational elements and assignment to overall structure.
•Have good understanding of Business Processes involved in Material Management
•Configuration of document type settings for different purchasing documents like PR, PO, RFQ, Contracts and Scheduling Agreements.
•Configured stock transfer between plants, Company.
•Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
•Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
•Greatly improved vital internal Inventory Control policies and procedures and Inside Sales/Customer Service methodology and training significantly reducing administrative inefficiencies.
