 Purchase and Inventory:
 Assist in product purchasing local/international land order fulfilment activities such as taking orders, giving pricing information, determining appropriate shipping methods, routes and rates, etc.
 Creating, tracking and handling internal approval for purchase orders.

 Making documentations related to Purchase Orders, price comparisons, Sales Contracts, Credit Application, etc.
 Preparing local purchase orders using the ERP system for the products/services procured locally and Verifying Delivery Note and Invoice and making Purchase Entries.
 Review and verify bills, invoices and purchase orders
 Maintain records of purchases, shipments by suppliers and related matters.
 Mainly responsible for the inventory and stock taking of various Warehouses (ITL, HRD, Promotion & RMA).
 Updating existing costing with current purchase prices.
 Checking and updating Inventory System regularly.
 After completion of the physical inventory, report the findings(Shortage/Excess) to the Department Head for review and action if required
 Assist with month-end closing and provide supporting documents for audit.

 Shipping and Logistics:
 Provide exceptional customer service by proactively handling customer shipment routing requests.
 coordinate with shipping lines for booking of shipments and pricing request
 Continually reviews freight costs and/or the prices of products to keep costs down where possible
 Check and verify document drafts (BL - Bill of Lading & CO - Certificate of Origin) sent by suppliers.
 Resolve customer problems & complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
 Plan, track and trace shipment to ensure timely delivery of goods
 Update shipment information in database and Manage MIS Reports.
 Reconcile accounts payable transactions
 Monitor accounts to make sure payments are up to date
 Maintain vendor files
 Assist with month end closing and Provide supporting documents for audit
