Conducting employment and educational screening for financial institutions in the APAC Region.
Working as the specialist SPOC and trainer for initiating and processing the verification process for Mercedes Benz using the GCM application (Trained directly by the client).
Liaise with client management group for any kind of escalation or any case specific scenario.

Finance and Accounting: Accounts Receivable/ Order to Cash for Pearson Publishing, USA.
Processing the orders with compliance of the company policy based on the purchase order furnished by the customers.
Responding to customer queries regarding status of the order and processing returns and claims.
