• Manage day to day operations to ensure our service is delivered as per guidelines set.
• Drive continuous improvements initiatives across the business, identify best practices to
standardize, align operational procedures and strategies in compliance with H&S
• Lead, motivate, develop and train the teams to achieve performance KPIs
• Participate in cross function team as required, representing operations and being the voice of the field and of our Stakeholders
• Execute all customer centric process steps in the most efficient way across our Corporate office and UAE Schools
• Work along with the team on conducting financial, commercial and operational Due
Diligence activities particularly around analysis and assessment.
• Highlight risks/incidents impacting business with relevant stakeholders and ensure there is a mitigation plan in place
• Ensure arrangements in place & smooth functioning of cleaning, security, maintenance etc.
• Support the launch and setup of new Schools and new flows, ensuring appropriate coordination and coherence (systems, databases, and equipment).
• Streamline process flows
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and
regulations
• Preparation of management reports on staffing, workflow and other key performance metrics and analysis reports to ensure operations are efficient and cost effective.
• Manage and organize VIP School tours
• Managing and tracking the critical work stream activity for mergers and acquisitions; assist with the agreed-on process of integration management.
• Develop specific step-by-step milestones for reaching project objectives including contingency planning
• Coordinating among internal resources for flawless execution of integration along prescribed timelines.
• Consolidation of work stream reports and from counterparts to align scope/milestones/dependencies etc.
• Measure and monitor guidelines/framework and ensure scope of work is within set parameters.
• Supporting projects integration due diligence activities particularly around analysis and assessment.
• Managing the post-integration follow ups, eg. Post integration of the entity with main business, acting as main liaison for entity.
• Review integration plans, integration reports and test procedures.
• Constructively challenge ideas to ensure key information is surfaced.
• Develop and establish efficient communication between key personnel(s).
• Evaluate ongoing project and offer feedback to relevant team members.
• Encourage and facilitate standardization through best practices.
Achievements: Successfully concluded the step-by-step process and business integration of
Wesgreen International School (Acquired School), Threads Uniforms and Infracare Facilities
Management to GEMS Education; being the Parent Company
Role aimed at active business advisory and support to Mr. Jay Varkey who was in charge of Business Development and the Commercial wing
• Developed seamless systems to make the job easier to reporting lines, for instance FACT sheets, BD Funnel and Programme Dashboard summary to render an overview of new and existing projects
• Processed orders using Microsoft DAX system for procurement and managed the Department finances
• Assisted management with input on presentations and keynotes
• Drafting and preparation of speech for Mr. Varkey when speaking/addressing at any
function
• Administered official emails, announcements and follow ups with ongoing communication requiring actions

AED850K with Al Hosn Gas(ADNOC subsidiary), AED 1.9M with DP World, AED 2.7M with
Etihad Rail adding substantial value to the company’s portfolio.
Participated in a programme for my University - HORIZONS 2007 - a business seminar, which addressed the CEOs of many business organizations. I also completed a two month Accountancy course in Tally Accounting Software
