Kimberly-Clark Corporation employees approx. 600 employees across the GCC that their affairs are being handled by the HR Business Partners located in our Bahrain facility, which is the head office of MEA . Kimberly-Clark Corporation are the brand owners of several world renowned brands such as: Kleenex, Huggies and Kotex, to name a few.

• Employment and Recruiting: Interviewing, recruiting, testing, temporary labor coordination, and new joiners onboarding.
• Training and Development: Orientation, performance management, skills training, and productivity enhancement.
• Coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs
• Responsible for preparing and conducting general trainings that comply with the One KC Behaviors and attributes that employees should exhibit to comply with the organizational culture.
• Coordinate the Talent Pool Grow Progamme across GCC to ensure all participants comply with program’s guidelines.
• Manage and Organize Career Week event in GCC as a part of Talent and GPTW to improve the development area and energies the career of our employees.
• Lead the Town Hall events in GCC.

Achieved via setting strict guidelines for safety as well as involving the entire organization to participate in the GCC Corporate Challenge (a global initiative) adhering to wellness and health
• Organized and implemented the Apex Award event. Apex award is an award that recognizes outstanding work of a team or individual within the organization and is attend by all staff, Upper Management and Board Members.
