JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


 Planning and scheduling of the job according to time schedule.

 Material and manpower management.

 Responsible in providing technical direction and assigning work to
foremen and technicians in the execution of their responsibilities and duties.

 Review and monitor the activities with proper safety & quality according to codes, standards, regulations & procedure.

 Provide technical advice regarding field activities of application and if required modification.

 Conducts inspection as per I.T.P. (INSPECTION TEST PLAN).

 Monitoring progress of work with proper safety measures, taking measurement of the work done and certification of it from the Client.

 According to specifications conducting the job on the site and checking the materials to be used.

 Following the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) on the site while handling the materiel.

 Preparing the daily report, weakly report, monthly report and annual report for the work status in Excel form.

 Report weekly progress Supervision leader or construction manager.

 Following and applying the PTW (Permit to Work) rules and regulations on site.

 Apply for the PTW (Permit to Work) for the desired work location.

 Handling of all relevant permit processes for start of works (permit to work:- hot work permit, cold work permit, confined space permit, etc.)

 During take over operations, check that works have been completed according to schedule and quality requirements

 Clearing the punch points before the completion of the work.

 Attending weekly meetings with the relevant subcontractors.

 Undertake any other duties from time to time as instructed by the SENIOR OPERATION MANAGER.
