Execution of Different types of Insulation activities on the site. Ensuring that the installation is done according to the specifications and method statement.
HOT& COLD Insulation, CRYOGENIC Insulation, Fire Proofing, Refractory and Scaffolding.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning and scheduling of the job according to time schedule.
Material and manpower management.
Responsible in providing technical direction and assigning work to
foremen and technicians in the execution of their responsibilities and duties.
Review and monitor the activities with proper safety & quality according to codes, standards, regulations & procedure.
Provide technical advice regarding field activities of application and if required modification.
Conducts inspection as per I.T.P. (INSPECTION TEST PLAN).
Monitoring progress of work with proper safety measures, taking measurement of the work done and certification of it from the Client.
According to specifications conducting the job on the site and checking the materials to be used.
Following the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) on the site while handling the materiel.
Preparing the daily report, weakly report, monthly report and annual report for the work status in Excel form.
Report weekly progress Supervision leader or construction manager.
Following and applying the PTW (Permit to Work) rules and regulations on site.
Apply for the PTW (Permit to Work) for the desired work location.
Handling of all relevant permit processes for start of works (permit to work:- hot work permit, cold work permit, confined space permit, etc.)
During take over operations, check that works have been completed according to schedule and quality requirements
Clearing the punch points before the completion of the work.
Attending weekly meetings with the relevant subcontractors.
Undertake any other duties from time to time as instructed by the SENIOR OPERATION MANAGER.
PROVIDES TECHNICAL DIRECTION FOR THE ONGOING JOB TO BE CARRIED OUT.
MONITOR PROGRESS OF WORK ON THE SITE IN A VERY HEALTHY AND A SAFELY MANNER.
