• Understand client requirements and offer solutions
• Generate estimates and plans for event setup
• Head events as project manager as required
• Coordinate with vendors for material delivery on-site
• Allocate staff to their daily duties while overlooking the
setups for client delivery
• Provide technical expertise during setups and event days
• Notable projects - AD Grand Mosque, Dreamland Aqua Park,
City Centers, Zahra hospital, GMC hospital
• Expertise in LED lighting for supply and installation
• Understand project scope and prepare estimates based on
site survey and RFQ
• Prepare ROI and technical submissions for projects
• Assign team to their tasks and supervise product installation
• Perform testing and commissioning for project handover
• Stay up to date on market trend and recommend them to
client
• Identify new opportunities and generate sales
• Attend press meets for networking and branding
• Supervise digital marketing team for Ad campaigns and social
media handling
• Develop and execute strategies to boost web traffic
• Maintain relationship with existing clients and assisting new
clients and handling client onboarding
