Offering software services to the customer to increase their productivity, transparency and efficiency.
Manage the day-to-day relationships of a portfolio of clients, analyse campaign performance and improve revenue and P&L of all assigned accounts.
o Responsible for driving new sales and total account management activities through the spectrum of Software and Cloud application which includes Imagicle Software Suite, Azure, AWS, and Acronis.
Responsible for generating sales through presenting & positioning appropriate solutions meeting the customer requirements.
o Generating opportunities through proactive screening of the market with an active role in sales process.
o Identifying clients, arranging meetings, promoting the spectrum of the security service software’s offered by the Dell Software Group.
o In coordination with Pre-sales, organize demos, solution POCs, workshops for top notch cloud applications software’s like Global VPN Client, GMS, Analyzer, SonicWall Mobile Connect and Net Extender.
o Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner.
o Design and deployment Network Security solutions such as Content Filtering, Application Control, Intrusion Prevention, Gateway Anti Virus and Web traffic analysis in real time environment.
o Reviewing information security policies, incident response plans, change management, vulnerability management, patch management policies, as they apply to various facets of the infrastructure in scope.
o Maintaining contact with clients - giving them regular updates.
o Oversee existing campaigns to grow key accounts and apply consultative selling techniques to achieve sales target and penetration into the account.
