• Overseeing, monitoring, and controlling all ongoing projects and ensure their prioritized execution in alignment with business strategy.
• Supporting project managers in projects planning and execution.
• Ensure that any project dependencies are clear to prevent any overlapping that might cause resources over-allocation.
• Maintain all projects documents and approvals.
• Creating and maintaining PMO site in the SharePoint, which contains all project plans and document and is used as a central location for all project managers and team members to share their actual progress.

• Creating training materials “videos and infographics” to guide and support project managers.
• Creating and maintaining change, issues, and risk logs for all projects.
• Creating the monthly report to the management that analyzes and summarizes the portfolio progress.
• Participating in creating the IT master plan that was created to enhance, monitor, control and increase the effectiveness & efficiency of IT by measuring the supply and demand, and continually reviewing and mentoring the activities and make changes when necessary.
• Creating and maintaining the IT dashboard that aims to control and track IT projects KPIs.
• Participated in writing the Project managers rewarding system and post implementation review document.
