- Handled multiple Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts for multiple countries.
- Created content for the above mentioned channels, and monitored the pages.

• Social Media:
- Managed all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest, We Heart It, Tumblr and Google Plus)
- Created a monthly content calendar, after each monthly strategy meeting.
- Created SMS campaigns and followed them through.
- Created e-mail campaigns and sent them out to different audience segments.

- Created nearly all types of Facebook Ads, and worked a little on Google AdWords.
- Maintained a database of all the different customers we had.
- Had a list of top customers and made sure they were pampered every once in a while.
- Tested out the website, and made sure everything was working fine.
• Customer Service:
- Handled the chat service on the website (Zopim).
- Took care of all online orders that were received, and made sure they were all sent out on time.
- Handled any issues there were regarding online orders (whether from the customer, or shipping company).
- Made sure every customer’s complain was handle, and that each customer was satisfied with their experience.

Created content to deliver the brand message to client’s social media audiences on several social media platforms. Created weekly content calenders, and extensive monthly reports.

- Managed communities for two major Jordanian radio channels (Beat FM and Mood FM).
- Created a pitch for a top leading book store in Jordan.
