Enterprise Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
Supervises activities of assigned sales team:
•Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales
•Participate in and conducts training sessions
•Conduct sales meetings and informs sales force of new products for the Enterprise Solution team as MSS, MPLS network, co-location, disaster recovery, cloud computing, security solutions, SAAS in addition to data and internet connectivity's.
•Audit assigned sales employee’s expenses
•Supervise activities of staff (i.e. trains, reviews, rewards, motivates, disciplines, and recommend termination as necessary, etc.)
•Keep managers informed of field sales, problems, production status, etc.
•Act as a communicator between management and sales force for key or urgent issues.
•Perform sales activities for Enterprise Solutions to maximize sales revenues and meet OPCO objectives:
•Contact prospective customers to determine their needs and degree of interest in data communication services (Internet, Data, MPLS connections through Zain fiber and Microwave network)
•Perform sales presentations; ensure resources are available for effective demos
•Keep informed of competitors' activities
•Maintain sales records and prepare sales reports as required
•Maintain positive customer relationship to maximize product/services satisfaction and obtain new sales

•Banks in relation to letter of Credit on importation of materials.
