Residential building consists of 2 parking and 24 stories.

Project 1: Two Towers 3A &3B. (QR 350 Million), The Pearl Qatar, Residential building
consists of 5 parking and 22 stories.

Project: Sidra Medical and Research Centre. (QR 11.3 billion). The project hospital
consists of hospital building, clinic underground car park.
Role: External works such as utilities, hard scape, land scape and roads.

consists of 2 parking and 24 stories, in addition to low rise building & 6 town houses.
Project: SABBAN Towers (QR 480 Million) The Pearl Qatar, Residential building consists
of 5 parking and 27 stories, (three towers in one plot).
Build 12 residential buildings including all utilities and infrastructure works.
